We offer standard, priority, and next day shipping.  Please remember orders are generally shipped within two business days of receipt of order.  Most orders are shipped UPS or USPS.  Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.  Extra time may be required when a holiday falls.  One shipping charge applies for multiple piece orders shipped in one box

We will only return shipping cost if the return was a result in our error.  Please enclose a packing slip and indicate the reason you are returning the item.  If you want a different size or color, please indicate on packing slip.
If there is a price difference, the difference will be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
We have a hassle free 30 day return policy as long as the hat has not been worn, must be in like new condition.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return within 30 days of receipt, and we will promptly issue a refund using your original method of payment, or exchange if for another color, size, or new item.  Your exchanged item will be shipped via standard mail at no additional charge.
